Champions are built in the off season! It's never too early to get in the gym and train! Our trainers have experience training athletes from beginners to post-college grad levels. Training sessions are designed to challenge athletes and help them improve on all aspects of their game with a specific focus on fundamental skill development. Players will perform progressive drills, both offensive and defensive focused with emphasis on athleticism, efficiency, creativity, balance & vision.

​Small Group consists of athletes with similar talents working together to develop their fundamental skills. These sessions allow for a competitive format where they are challenged to apply the skills they just learned in game-like situations. We only accept a limited # of athletes for each small group so don't wait to register!
