FUNdamentals is designed to introduce young athletes to the
basic fundamentals of basketball through fun-filled drills & games
designed to develop skills, confidence, teamwork and an understanding
of the game!

Develop & Compete is designed to help athletes transition from learning a skill to using that skill in a competitive format.
Each class will consist of 30 mins Skills & Drills & 30 mins Game Play
Defend to Score Every coach WANTS a player that understands and loves to play defense

Defend to score will focus on the principles of and importance of defense leading the athlete to a progressive attack on offense:
Athletes can look forward to:
>>on & off ball defense
>>man to man principles
>>zone rotations for 2-3 & 3-2
>>transition defense
>>defending the under out of bounds
>>learning to score in transition
