Get Bucketz Shooting Clinic

Get up to 500 shots each clinic

Every athlete will get a chance to use the Dr. Dish Shooting Gun**

Monday evenings starting Dec 9th from 8-9p at RBMS

Clinic will run for 8 Mondays between 12/2 - 2/24

We skip the following Mondays: 12/23, 12/30, 1/20, 2/3

Athletes grades 6-11 only

MAX of 12 athletes/clinic

You must pre-register for this clinic

When registering please indicate the clinic date if not registering for all 8**

$25 per athlete - drop in when space is available

$175 per athlete for all 8 clinics

Clinic Details...

  • Hands on instruction from NJ's top basketball trainer, Coach Teeigh

  • Learn the proper shooting techniques and habits necessary to 'Get Bucketz' (get 500+ shots: set shots, off the dribble, movements without the ball, shots on the gun etc.)

  • This clinic is for serious basketball players looking to improve their shot form, accuracy and release

SPT Sports Performance Training Workouts 

Weekly Basketball Clinics year-round

One hour workout that consists of a combination of fundamental basketball skills, conditioning, speed & agility and footwork. These workouts include but are not limited to: learning shooting technique, developing a first step, defensive principles, ball handling, footwork & more!

​Members attend these workouts for free (there is an extra fee required during registration at the beginning of every season to become a member and have unlimited access to SPT workouts)


$20/athlete for non-members: These workouts are open workouts – any athlete can attend. You do not have to currently be a part of any of our programs to attend a SPT workouts. There is no pre-registration.

Winter Season - grades K-8 January - March indoor at RBMS

Wednesday evenings January 8th - March 18th

Pay $100 and attend unlimited workouts

If you are a member of a winter program - pay $50 and attend unlimited workouts

Drop-in workouts are $20/athlete

6p - K-2nd

7p - 3rd-5th

8p - 6-8th

Spring Season - grades 1 -8 March – May

Summer Season - grades K-11 July & August 

Fall Season - grades K-11 September - November
